The story can be read about on the internet : a 214 accutron tuning fork watch was gifted to a Russian official in the 60s, and the Soviet made a very close copy of the movement. The Slava Transistor, once a bit elusive, has now surfaced.



As the quality of the coils assembly is not as good as Bulova’s, most of the Slava Transistor floating on the web are non-runners.
